St Catherine’s is a vibrant and inclusive Church and Community Centre situated less than one mile outside of Wakefield town Centre.
We provide a wide range of services, activities, projects and groups which have been designed by and for the people of Wakefield.
It is our passion to serve others and we’d love you to come along and take part in what we do.
Available Monday to Friday, this is a totally client centred service providing you or your family member with a planned program of activities in a professional and homely environment.
Our service enables our clients to socialise and enjoy a wide range of activities in a group setting, while still receiving needed health services.
At the same time, we offer family caregivers respite from caregiving duties and the comfort of mind in knowing that your loved one is in a safe place.
The service includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Games, quizzes, entertainment, crafts and a whole lot more. Make new friends, explore new hobbies and enjoy homecooked meals prepared with love and care. The service also includes transportation to and from our centre.
